Philosophy & Mission
Here at Discover Rwanda, we believe in providing the very best of service for you – our valued customer.
Since we started this adventure, we have always gone the extra mile to exceed people’s expectations, and we look forward to exceeding yours too!
We are constantly seeking to deliver an ever higher-quality of service and experience for those who stay with us.
We keep firmly to our values: honesty, dedication and loyalty and corporate social responsibility We believe that by supporting the work of Aegis Trust in genocide prevention and building peace, and by developing skills among young underprivileged members of the communities in which we work, we are making an important contribution to the future.
We also create and deliver training and career opportunities for genocide survivors and vulnerable members of the Rwandan society; empowering them with skills that make them valued members of our work force.
We are loyal to our hostel employees – and we look after each other. Discover Rwanda is a family. This is something we are really proud of; and when you stay with us, you are making a direct contribution to the building and rebuilding of valued lives.
